You agree to use this website and its content for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in a way that violates any local, state, or national laws or regulations.
To access our courses, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials. Access is granted for 10 weeks from date of registration, during which you must complete all lessons and quizzes. You will need to complete before your licence expires. Certificates are issued only after full completion of the course and successful quiz results. You must complete the refresher training course within the 12 months before your licence renewal.
All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. As this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are not available unless;
All course content, including text, videos, graphics, and materials, is the property of ASIAL or its licensors. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the course without written permission.
Certificates are issued to the registered user only and may be verified via our platform using a unique QR code and/or licence number. Misuse or falsification of certificates is strictly prohibited. Your certificate of completion is yours to download and share at your discretion. This will be available via the student portal approximately 15 minutes after completion and a copy will be emailed to you approximately 2 hours later.
We take all reasonable steps to secure your information. Access to your account is protected by your password, and payment processing is handled via secure third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent behavior, or misuse the platform.
While every effort is made to ensure the training is accurate and current, no guarantee is provided regarding outcomes or specific employment benefits. The refresher training course is approved by Victoria Police and satisfies part of your Licensing and Regulation Division (LRD) renewal licensing requirements. ASIAL takes no responsibility for students that fail to complete the course, as required by VIC LRD.
