Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials. Access is granted for 10 weeks from date of registration, during which you must complete all lessons and quizzes. You will need to complete before your licence expires. Certificates are issued only after full completion of the course and successful quiz results. You must complete the refresher training course within the 12 months before your licence renewal.

\n\n

4. Payment and Refunds

All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. As this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are not available unless:

\n\n

Our failure to deliver: The course is not provided within a reasonable time or as scheduled.
Unfit for purpose: The course cannot be accessed.

\n\n

5. Intellectual Property

\n\n

6. Certificate Verification

Certificates are issued to the registered user only and may be verified via our platform using a unique QR code and/or licence number. Misuse or falsification of certificates is strictly prohibited. Your certificate of completion is yours to download and share at your discretion. This will be available via the student portal approximately 15 minutes after completion and a copy will be emailed to you approximately 2 hours later.

\n\n

7. Security and Access

We take all reasonable steps to secure your information. Access to your account is protected by your password, and payment processing is handled via secure third-party platforms.

\n\n

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent behavior, or misuse the platform.

\n\n

9. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure the training is accurate and current, no guarantee is provided regarding outcomes or specific employment benefits.
