Refresher training
This fully online, self-paced course includes 4 essential modules and is mandatory for all individual licensed holders (bodyguard, crowd controller, security guard) in Victoria. At the end of each module, you will be required to undertake a quiz of 10 randomised questions. Upon successful completion of all four modules, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you.

Duration
This course should take approximately 1 hour to complete. The course is self-paced, so you can pause and resume as needed.

Certificate
This training is mandatory for all licensed security professionals (bodyguard, crowd controller, security guard) in Victoria, as part of licence renewal under the Private Security Act 2004 (Vic). Authorised version incorporating amendments as at 19 June 2025.
